(Avocado, Bacon, Cranberry, Lettuce and Turkey)

Take the traditional turkey sandwich to the next level with avocado, bacon and cranberry.

Ingredients
2 thin slices of bloomer loaf (or your favourite alternative)
3 rashers of smokey bacon
3 slices of cooked turkey meat
a handful of mixed leaf salad
8 cranberries, crushed
½ an avocado
Top Tip
You could use a wrap or try toasting your bread or even using a croissant for something that bit extra special.
Preparation
Cut the avocado and the turkey into thin strips.
Assembly
Place the two slices of bread flat on a board. Place half of the slices of avocado onto each of the slices of bread. Mash onto the bread with a fork if you like.
Place the salad leaves on one slice, then the turkey strips, then the crushed cranberries and bacon. Add the second slice of bread and cut the sandwich in two.
